What TS EAMCET / TG EAPCET is

TS EAMCET — renamed TG EAPCET in 2024 — is the Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test, conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE). It is the route to undergraduate engineering, agriculture and pharmacy courses at colleges in Telangana.

Engineering aspirants take the Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry stream.

Who can apply

Candidates who have passed, or are appearing in, Class 12 (Intermediate) with the required subjects can apply for the relevant stream — engineering needs Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, while the agriculture and pharmacy stream is biology-based.
